I型神经纤维瘤病伴脊柱侧凸患者肋骨头椎管内脱位及其临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 I型神经纤维瘤病（neurofibromatosist ype1，NF1）是一种累及人体多个系统的常染色体显性遗传性疾病，发病率为1／3000～1／3500。NF1病人发生骨骼畸形的概率为10％～25％，其中最常见的表现是脊柱侧凸，大约为10％～30％。临床上按有无脊柱结构性改变可分为两种类型：
