The findings are as follow： the volleyball transfer market in China has made great development, formulated the trans- fer system, eased the conditions of the transferring, the scale of transferring has been dramatic increase, but there are some shortcomings, the lack of a perfectly regulated transferring market and system ; the small - scaled transferring market; the interference of pressure groups in the transferring market; the lack of a free market, etc. The authorities concerned should take timely actions to regulate and perfect the transferring system and the transferring market to ensure that we have a competitive and professional environment for the volleyball industry.
