高校体育社团干部组织领导方式的调查研究

Investigation on Current Organizational Leadership of College Sports Associations

运用文献综述法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,以山西省部分高校体育社团(51个、21种)的组织建设为研究对象,对社团干部组织领导进行研究,旨在高校体育社团干部领导方式的健康发展模式,完善高校体育社团组织建设,促进山西省高校体育社团发展。

Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, taking the fif- ty - one and twenty - one institutional constructions in colleges and universities of Shanxi province as research sub- ject, this paper investigates the current leader way of sports associations. The main purpose is to lay a theoretical foundation on the development of the current leader way of sports associations in colleges and universities and ad- vances feasible suggestions and practical methods.
