中药联合放射治疗非小细胞肺癌的观察

Clinical Efficacy of Radiotherapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨协定处方中药联合放射治疗对非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将78例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例,对照组单纯采用放射治疗,治疗组同时服用自拟中药方剂。观察治疗先后患者临床症状及免疫指标变化。结果:治疗组的临床近期疗效及咳嗽、血痰、胸痛等临床症状评分,CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8等免疫功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);且白细胞减少、放射性肺炎发生率明显低于对照组。结论:中药能明显增加非小细胞肺癌放疗的疗效,缓解病人临床症状,改善肺癌放疗病人的免疫功能,减缓放射性骨髓及肺损伤。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining usage of traditional Chinese medi- cine decoction and radiotherapy in treating non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） who received both traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with radiotherapy , and control group （38 cases） who received radiotherapy alone. Results The recent clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms scores of cough, bloody sputum and chest pain, and the immune functions （CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8） of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P ~ 0.05）; the incidence rate of hypoleucocytosis was lower than that in control group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can significantly increase the efficacy, to alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the immune function of patients with non-small cell lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy with a protective effect on the radiation injury of bone marrow and lungs.
