关于构建中小学体育场馆对外开放绩效评估体系的研究

Research on Constructing the Performance Evaluation System of the Opening of School Sports Facilities

通过查阅中小学体育场馆对外开放方面的资料,发现大多数学者对于中小学体育场馆对外开放的研究都集中在了体育场馆对外开放的现状、存在的问题、管理模式等方面,然而关于中小学体育场馆对外开放的绩效研究则比较少。在人们日益高涨的体育需求以及体育场馆严重不足的现实面前,提高现有场馆资源则显得尤为迫切。然而,如何有效的发挥学校体育场馆的作用,就亟须一整套完善的绩效评估体系,对学校提供的服务进行定期的评估,提出其存在的问题,从而更好地为人们服务。

Refer to the information about sports facilities in primary and secondary schools opened to the outside, this paper finds out that most scholars studied on the opening of school sports facilities are concentrated in the situ- ation, problems, management and so on, however, the research on the performance of open stadium in primary and middle schools is relatively less. In front of people＇ s growing demand for sports and the serious shortage of sports stadiums, it is particularly urgent to improve the existing stadiums resources. However, how to effectively play the role of school sports stadium, it needs a set of perfect performance evaluation system, the school provides service for regular assessment; the problems are put forward, so as to serve the people for better.
