准噶尔盆地西北缘输配气系统的建设和管理

Construction and Management of Gas Transmission /Distribution System of Xibeiyuan in Zhungeer Basin

天然气的输配是天然气工业化生产的重要环节,它涉及到天然气的生产、集输、处理及配送等各个方面。结合准噶尔盆地西北缘天然气输配系统的改造工程和生产运行实践,针对输配气系统建设及管理过程中出现的问题,从管网建设及管理角度逐一进行了探讨,提出了应借鉴的经验和应汲取的教训。

The limitation of data and message at the beginning of gas utilization will result in a lot of problems to the construction and management of natural gas transmission and distribution system and will affect the further utilizing of natural gas and exploitation of new gas field in the future. The paper analyzes the problems of the construction and management according to the experience of reforming engineering and runtime data of Xibeiyuan natural gas transmission and distribution system in Zhungeer Basin, and puts forward some experiences and guidelines for the construction and management of transmission and distribution system of natural gas,which plays a very important role in natural gas industry and deals with the production, gathering,handling and distribution of natural gas.
