摘要 对各种溶剂及表面活性剂进行了筛选和复配 ,用正交实验方法配制了对砂岩表面原油具有高效清洗能力的水包油型乳状液。所研制的砂岩表面原油清洗液是由 1 0 %的混合溶剂、2 .1 %的混合表面活性剂及水等物质组成的。筛网实验证明 ,该清洗液清洗能力达到 90 %以上 ,最佳使用温度范围为 50~ 70℃ ,符合油田固砂施工要求。砂岩表面原油清洗液的高效清洗能力是体系中溶剂、表面活性剂等多种成分通过溶解、渗透、分散等方式协同作用的结果。这种砂岩表面原油清洗液毒性小、成本低、清洗能力强、使用方便 ,在油田具有应用价值。 By screening and mingling of various kinds of solvents and surfactants, a sort of oil remover on sandstone in oil in water emulsion form is developed. The emulsion is composed of mixed solvents (10%), mixed surfactants (2.1%), water(87%) and so on. Screening experiments testify that the oil removing rate of the emulsion is over 90% and applicable range of temperature is 50~70 ℃. This emulsion can meet the demand of sand consolidation work in oil field. The emulsion has high removing ability for oil on sandstone surface because of the synergism of solution, penetration and dispersion. This kind of emulsion has been applied in oilfield with less poison, low cost and high removing ability.
