摘要
对稠油粘温关系和深井举升工艺进行了研究 ,结合实验室掺稀油降粘效果研究结果 ,对空心杆泵上和泵下掺稀油举升工艺的可行性进行了研究。计算结果及现场生产表明 ,空心杆掺稀油举升工艺能有效地改善井筒流体流动条件 ,保证油井以一定的产量进行稳定生产。空心杆泵下掺稀油能改善泵吸入口处原油的流动性 ,但对泵的实际排量有影响 ,且影响生产压差。空心杆泵上掺稀油没有解决原油进泵阻力大的问题 ,因此在泵吸入口处原油应具有较好的流动性。
Based on the characteristic of heavy oil reservoir, the viscosity temperature relationship of heavy oil and lifting technology in deep well are studied. The light hydrocarbon is mixed with heavy oil in hollow rod to decrease the viscosity of heavy oil. The effect of decreasing viscosity is analyzed, and the feasibility of blending light hydrocarbon technology in hollow rod is discussed. The mixing locations are above the pump and below the pump. The calculation result and field practice indicate that blending light hydrocarbon in hollow rod can improve the flow condition and ensure an economic production rate. Blending light hydrocarbon in hollow rod below the pump can improve the flowing condition but decrease the practical rate of the pump and affect the pressure difference in production, which goes against the production at large rate. Blending light hydrocarbon in hollow rod above the pump can not reduce oil flowing resistance, so the oil in pump inlet should have high fluidity.
