摘要
叙述了消雷器的使用和发展情况 ,指出目前研制消雷器的基本理论仍然是“中和”理论。为了研究消雷器的消雷效果 ,须测量其电晕电流。实际测量结果显示 ,所测电晕电流不能抑制雷击的发生。国内外研制的消雷器仍不能在工程上使用。
It is pointed that the fundamental theory in the study and design of lightening eliminator is still the neutralizing theory at present. It is necessary to measure the corona current in order to study the eliminating effect of lightening eliminators. The results measured during the past two years show that the measured corona current can not prevent lightening stroke from happening. So lightening eliminator can not be used in engineering and need not study deeply.
