党校学员对结核病患者歧视的干预调查结果分析

Analysis of the Effect of the Intervention on Discrimination against Tuberculosis among the Students at the Communist Party School

目的通过调查某省委党校学员对结核病患者的相关态度与行为,并进行结核病健康教育及行为干预。方法随机抽取某省委党校学员130名学员,进行结核病教育培训,教育前后采用问卷对调查对象结核病相关歧视行为进行对比分析。结果党校学员中存在对结核患者的歧视,与教育前比较,结核病相关歧视行为有所减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强结核病防治知识普及与政策倡导、改变党政领导干部对结核病患者的歧视是防治结核病的当务之急。

Objectives To explore the attitude and behavior of the students at the Communist Party School to wards tuberculosis （TB） patients, and to provide TB health education and intervention for them. Methods One hundred and thirty students at the Communist Party School were selected randomly, training of tuberculosis knowledge was provided for them. The attitude and behavior of the discrimination for the tuberculosis was surveyed by the questionnaire. Results There was certain discrimination against tuberculosis among the students at the Communist Party School, and the discriminatory behaviors for the tuberculosis were improved compared with the behaviors before training. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions It is urgent to reinforce knowledge dissemination and policy advocacy of tuberculosis prevention and control, and to change discrimination attitude and behavior of the major government and party officials towards tuberculosis patients.
