深圳市居民对2011年第26届大运会控烟效果的评价研究

Citizen's Assessment in the Effect of Tobacco Control During Shenzhen 26^(th) Summer Uni- versiade in 2011

目的了解深圳市第26届世界大运会控烟工作现状及居民在公共场所的控烟行为,为深化公共场所控烟工作提供依据。方法在深圳市6个区12个人流量较大的区域进行随机拦截问卷调查。结果 80.43%的居民对目前的控烟氛围持肯定的态度,53.78%的居民认为目前控烟环境较好。与大运会控烟保障工作启动前的2010年底相比,38.94%的居民认为目前深圳市控烟宣传材料或禁烟标识增多了;36.96%的居民认为目前控烟宣传活动增多了;33.85%的居民认为吸烟人数减少很多了;32.92%的居民认为劝阻吸烟现象增多了。不同性别之间和不同户籍之间的控烟环境总体评价差异均无统计学意义(χ2=2.55,P>0.63;χ2=7.22,P>0.13)。结论大运控烟工作取得一定成效,但与WHO《烟草控制框架公约》的有关规定等尚存一定差距,今后需要加强政府投入和社会支持力度,进一步深化深圳市控烟工作。

Objectives To investigate the status of the tobacco control during Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade and people＇s tobacco control behavior in public in Shenzben, and provide new recommendations for tobacco control. Methods The study was a cross-sectional survey conducted in twelve areas with large flow of people in Shenzhen City, utilizing a sample of 636 citizens. Results 80.43% of the citizens had the positive attitude towards the present atmosphere of tobacco control. 53. 78% of the citizens thought the present social surroundings was preferable. Compared with the situation before the start of Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade, 38.94% of the citizens thought there were more publicity data or the logo of tobacco control, and 36.96% thought campaign increased, 33.85% thought less people smoked, 32.92% thought the behaviour of dissuade increased. Conclusions The work of tobac- co control during Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade obtained obvious effect, but there existed some gap to the WHO ＂Framework Convention on Tabacco control＂. To improve the tobacco control, the government and society should input more and pay closer attention.
