摘要
首先对砂浆配合比进行室内验证,然后对水泥乳化沥青砂浆的搅拌制备、性能测试和试灌揭板等过程进行试验研究,结果表明:砂浆配合比满足现场施工需要,新研制的Ⅰ/Ⅱ-S-L-800型通用型搅拌车满足CRTSⅡ型水泥乳化沥青砂浆搅拌工艺要求。
This paper firstly made indoor test on mortar maxing ratio, and made experimental research on stirring device, performance test and test tank off board and other process of cement emulsified asphalt mortar, the results showed ： the mortar maxing ratio met the needs of field con- struction requirements, the new development Ⅰ/ Ⅱ -S-L-800 type universal mixing truck met the requirements of CRTS Ⅱtype cement emulsified asphalt mortar stirring process.
