Through analyzing the historical characteristics, social life and design tactics of Shanxi courtyard, taking Shanzhen manor environment design of Jinzhong in Shanxi province as the example, the paper explores the modem courtyard landscape creation methods under the impact of Shanxi courtyard culture, and shows the integral design scheme.
