Universal and barrier-free housing serviced by disadvantaged groups, and at the same time it can provide people with settling space in their whole life cycle, so it is a residential mode which is adapt to the social development and humanity design needs. According to a specific design, we put forward the main points of the design for universal and barrier-free housing from the main space, auxiliary space, size, etc, through the research and analysis on the present situation of disadvantaged groups.
