摘要
近年来,城市雨水内涝问题对城市的可持续发展以及城市规划设计提出了新的挑战。该文从地块开发强度、排水基础设施、城市扩张和城市水系演变等方面深入探究了城市内涝的成因,结合传统的给排水规划设计理论知识,从城市规划的角度提出了"雨水控制单元"的理论,包括雨水控制单元的概念、边界、模型以及内在原理,为认识和解决城市雨水内涝问题提供了理论借鉴。
Recently, urban waterlogging issue is becoming a big challenge for the sustainable development of the city and the method of urban planning and design. As a basis to the knowledge of the LID low impact development theory and the water supply, sewerage planning, we investigate the reasons for the urban waterlogging deeply from the land development, municipal infrastructure, the built-up area's extension and river system, and put forward the theory of "storm-water management unit", which includes the conception, the boundary, the model and the principle of the "storm-water management unit". This theory establishes a theoretical foundation for the urban waterlogging issue
