摘要 信号传输是井眼轨道自动控制系统的重要组成部分。本文介绍了地面与井下通信系统的发展概况,总结了信号的传输方式及传输原理,并综合可靠性、传输深度、传输速率、经济性等方面,评价了它们的优缺点。通过分析MWD系统中泥浆脉冲的发生和传输原理,考虑到信号下传的特点和井眼轨道闭环控制系统的要求,确定出地面信号下传系统宜采用负泥浆脉冲方式。在此基础上,提出了地面信号下传系统的设计要求与设计原则,阐述了下传负脉冲的发生原理,并给出了系统的设计方案。 Signal transmission is the principal part of automatic control system for wellbore trajectory. This paper gives a development survey of ground-downhole communication system, makes a summary of transmittal mode and transmission principle of signals, and appraises their advantages and weaknesses respectively in the light of reliability, transmission depth, transmission rate and development cost. The generation and transmission principle of mud pulse in MWD system is analyzed. According to the charac- teristics of signal transmission and the accomplished claims of closed-loop control system for wellbore trajectory, it is found that the negative mud pulse should be adopted in downward signaling system. As a result, the design principle for this system is de- veloped, the generating principle of negative mud pulse is detailed, and its design scheme is also given.
