摘要 人体嗅觉功能障碍不仅影响日常生活,还可能成为某些疾病的前兆。导致嗅功能损害的原因多种多样,病因不同,治疗方法也不同。本文将从嗅觉功能障碍的病因、分类、诊断和治疗等多方面作一综述,以加深医生和患者对嗅觉功能障碍的认识和关注。 Damaged sense of smell can lead to significant impairment of quality of life. It could also act as a biomarker in early diagnosis of certain diseases. Pathophysiologic processes contributing to smell impairment are various, and treatment strategies vary accordingly. This review will highlight on available assessment methods, diagnosis and therapeutic strategies for olfactory disorder.
