外耳道冲吸器的制作及临床应用

The Fabrication and Clinical Application of External Auditory Canal Orrigators

目的探讨外耳道冲吸器在临床的应用价值。方法对115例144耳化脓性中耳炎,采用外耳道冲吸器,依据患者病况的轻重和年龄的大小,酌情运用双氧水、氨溴索、糜蛋白酶、生理盐水进行冲吸,并随机将病例分为两组,另一组则采用传统的冲洗方法,运用上述同样的药物进行冲洗治疗。经过一个疗程7天的临床观察。结果试验组58例75耳,痊愈率44.82%,显效率75.86%;对照组57例69耳,治愈率29.82%,显效率50.88%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外耳道冲吸器制作简单,操作便捷,冲吸时不易伤及耳道、鼓室和鼓膜,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the evaluation of external auditory canal irrigators in clinical application. Meth- ods A total of 115 patients including 144 ears with suppurative otitis media were enrolled , in this study. With methods of ran- dom grouping, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group. In experimental group, external auditory canal irrigators were used to wash with hydrogen peroxide, ambroxol, chymotrypsin, or saline, which was decided according to the state and age of patients. As a comparison, the conventional methods of washing using the same drugs mentioned above were used in the control group. All the outcomes were observed among one course of 7 days. Results Cure rate of 58 patients 75ears in experimental group was 44.82% and effective rate was 75.86%. Cure rate and effective rate of 57 patients 69 ears in control group were 29.82% and 50.88%, respectively. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions External auditory canal irrigators, easily made and manipulated, are better to protect auditory meatus, tympanic and tympanic membrane. So they are well worthy of popularizing.
