摘要
综述半导体/石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备及其应用,评述了它们在应用领域,尤其是在先进储能装置、光催化或传感器等领域表现出来的优异性能。在此基础上,进一步提出了它们在未来的可能发展趋势将是进一步降低材料制备成本、深入理解复合材料间相互作用机理及材料结构和组成与性能间的关系等方面。
Recent progress on the preparation and applications of graphene/semiconductor composites in advanced energy storage and conversion devices is summarized. The semiconductors covered include ZnO, SnO2, CdS, MnO2 , TiO2, CdSe quantum dots and Fe2 03. Their preparation and applications focus on lithium-ion batteries with improved electronic conductivity, electrochemical capacitors with high energy and powder density, solar cells with high photoelectric conversion efficiency, photocatalysts with high photodegradation activity and sensors with high sensitivity. Future possible development trends include decreasing the preparation cost, obtaining a fuller understanding of the interaction between graphene and semiconductors, and revealing the relationships be- tween compositions, microstructures and properties.
