尼古丁治疗帕金森病的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson disease，PD）是中脑黑质多巴胺能神经元变性所致的中枢神经系统变性疾病，以静止性震颤、肌强直、运动迟缓、姿势步态异常等为主要表现。目前针对PD运动症状应用的左旋多巴制剂等替代治疗仅能缓解症状，不能阻止病情进展。因此，探索治疗的新途径成为目前PD研究的热点。
