抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性血管炎免疫学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(anti—neutrophilcytoplasmicautoantibodies,ANCA)相关性小血管炎,是一组以小血管壁的炎症及纤维素样坏死为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病,主要特点是血清中存在针对蛋白酶3或髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)的抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体。主要包括肉芽肿性多血管炎即韦格纳肉芽肿病,显微镜下多血管炎和嗜酸细胞性肉芽肿性多血管炎即变应性肉芽肿性血管炎。发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前认为与遗传、环境、免疫等多因素有关,其中免疫异常在ANCA相关性小血管炎的发病中起着重要作用。
