巴戟天对微波致雄鼠生精功能损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨巴戟天对微波致雄鼠生精功能损伤的修复功效。方法将24只雄性大鼠随机均分为空白组、辐射组、给药组。用微波信号发生器辐射辐射组和给药组2周;给药组在辐射后巴戟天灌胃2周。3组均在相同条件下饲养。4周后观察各组雄鼠的睾丸指数、附睾指数、精子密度、血清睾酮、睾丸组织类固醇合成急性调节蛋白(sterodiogenic regulatory protein,StAR)mRNA水平等指标的变化。结果辐射组相对其他两组相比,在睾丸指数、精子密度、血清睾酮、StAR mRNA降低(P<0.05),附睾指数变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05);给药组相对空白组在睾丸指数、附睾指数、精子密度、血清睾酮、StAR mRNA变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论巴戟天可促进微波辐射损伤的生精功能的修复。 Objective To investigate the effect of morinda officinalis on male rats' spermatogenic dysfunction induced by microwave radiation. Methods 24 SD male rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, microwave group and treatment group. The microwave group was made by exposing the rats to microwave radiation from a microwave signal generator for 2 weeks, while the treatment group was given Morinda officinalis for 2 weeks after exposure to microwave. Each group was kept under the same condition and observed testis index, epididymis index, sperm density, testosterone level in blood serum and the expression of StAR mRNA in testicle of rats after 4 weeks. Results By comparison to the control group and treatment group, the microwave group exhibited obviously decresded testis index , sperm density, testosterone level and the ex- pression of StAR mRNA (P〈0.05), whereas, epididymis index kept steadiness. The treatment group's testis index, epididymis index, sperm density, testosterone level and the expression of StAR mRN were not statistically significant as Compared with the control group (P〉O.05). Conclusion The results indicated that morinda offlcinalis can promote the rat's spermatogenic dysfunction induced by microwave radiation.
