树突棘的分子组成和调节蛋白 被引量:2

摘要 树突棘是位于树突分支表面的棘状突起,是一个动态结构。树突棘的形态结构依赖于肌动蛋白形成的细胞骨架,而肌动蛋白的聚合和解聚受肌动蛋白连接蛋白、小GTP酶和鸟苷酸交换因子的调控。
