急性阑尾炎多层螺旋CT影像学表现及价值

The imaging findings and clinical value of MSCT in acute appendicitis

目的:探讨急性阑尾炎多层螺旋CT检查的影像学表现及其对临床治疗的指导价值。方法:回顾性分析洛阳市第一人民医院经手术及病理证实的30例急性阑尾炎患者的多层螺旋CT影像学表现。结果:30例患者中,急性单纯性阑尾炎9例,急性化脓性阑尾炎12例,坏疽性及穿孔性阑尾炎5例,阑尾周围脓肿2例,2例漏诊。结论:多层螺旋CT对临床拟诊为急性阑尾炎的病例具有较高指导价值,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To pendicitis.
