血管内皮祖细胞在构建组织工程骨中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 组织工程骨将种子细胞与支架材料进行复合,利用生物技术并加入生长因子,具有取材方便、可塑性强、组织相容性好、快速修复缺损等特性,在临床上有广泛的应用前景.但是体外构建的组织工程骨移植入体内后,如果仅依靠周围渗透的组织液只能够营养100 μm以内的细胞[1].植入的种子细胞吸取营养物质(如氧气、葡萄糖、氨基酸等)和清除代谢产物(如二氧化碳、尿素和乳酸)的能力有限,中央的细胞供血和供氧不足,就会出现成骨不良或成骨质量不佳等问题[2].因此,成骨区血管化是解决组织工程骨临床应用的关键问题之一[3].近年来内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)引起了广泛关注,本文从其生物学特性、与血管新生的关系、在组织工程骨中的运用等方面做一综述.
