摘要
磁力振增凡尔采用圆柱磁钢、隔磁扶正套作为储能元件 ,取代原深井泵固定凡尔 ,连接在抽油井深井泵和筛管之间 ,与深井泵同步工作。在深井泵下行程对油套环形空间的液体产生一次压力激动 ;在深井泵上行程能加快凡尔的开启 ,同时把部分液体增注到深井泵内 ,从而改善原油的流动性能 ,提高泵效 ,达到增产的目的。
The magnetic increase vibration valve adopts the cylinder magnet,insulating magnet stabilizer as the energy storage unet and replaces the fixed valve in original deep well pump,which is connected between deep well pump and screen pipe and operated in step with deep well pump.At the down run of the deep well pump, it produces a pressure jump to the annulus space fluid between tube and case,while,at the up run of the pump,it makes the valve to open quickly and parts of fluid is increasingly injected to the deep well pump simultaneously.Thus,the purpose of increase production has been obtained by improving the oil flowing property and upgrading the pump effect.
