摘要 目的:探讨直接法3D增强MR静脉成像(DCE-MRV)在下肢深静脉血栓诊断的应用。方法:15例经超声确定下肢深静脉血栓患者接受DCE-MRV检查,采集范围包括髂静脉、股腘静脉、小腿静脉,诊断结果与超声进行敏感度、一致性分析。结果:MR在50个血管节段发现静脉血栓,髂静脉14个,股腘静脉26个,小腿静脉10个,比超声多发现5个血栓。结论:DCE-MRV诊断DVT与超声有很好的一致性,在显示血栓全程、近端程度、栓塞后改变优于超声,对不适合超声检查的DVT患者,是较好的替代方法。 Purpose: To assess the application of direct contrast-enhanced three-dimensional MR venography (DCE-MRV) in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in lower limbs. Methods: Fifteen cases of lower limb deep vein thrombosis patients confirmed by B-ultrasound (B-US) received DCE-MRV. The acquisition coverage included iliac vein section, popliteal vein section and calf vein section. The diagnosis sensitivity of B-US and DCE-MRV, and the consistency between them were analyzed. Results: MR venography depicted 135 segments, fifty vein thrombus were shown, 14 of which were located at iliac vein section, 26 of which were located at popliteal vein section, 10 of which were located at calf vein section. Conclusion: The diagnostic consistency of DVT between DCE-MRV and ultrasound are good.
