针刺百会穴治疗家兔急性脑出血模型疗效的MRS评价 被引量:3

MRS evaluate curative effect of the acupuncture treatment at GV20 (baihui) of the rabbit of acute cerebral hemorrhage model

摘要 目的:评价MRS对家兔急性脑出血模型针刺百会穴的疗效。方法:30只新西兰白兔随机分为3组:正常组,模型组,针刺组。自体血2次注血法复制急性脑出血模型,针刺组造模成功后行头针治疗(位置相当于人体的"百会"透"太阳"穴)。分别在造模前及造模后2h、3d、7d对各组家兔行MRS检查,定量分析N-乙酰门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)及肌酸复合物(Cr)各峰下面积,观察血肿周围及血肿对侧NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr比值的变化。结果:正常组:血肿周围NAA/Cr比值为2.145±0.034,Cho/Cr比值为1.453±0.153。与正常组相比,模型组血肿周围和对侧脑组织NAA/Cr明显降低,血肿周围减低更加明显(P<0.05),Cho/Cr比值显著升高(P<0.05)。针刺组血肿周围和对侧脑组织NAA/Cr水平明显高于模型组(P<0.05),Cho/Cr比值明显降低(P<0.05),血肿周围和对侧神经元功能状态恢复好于模型组。结论:MRS对针刺干预的疗效评价有重要价值。针刺对急性脑出血后中枢神经系统神经元功能具有明显的调节作用,加快了脑组织神经损伤的修复过程。 Objective: To explore the value of I H magnetic resonance spectrum analysis(MRS)in the baihui point acupuncture of rabbit acute intracerebral hemorrhage model. Methods:Thirty Newzealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal,model and acupunisms groups,with 10 cases in each group. Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)model was duplicated by injection of the rabbit own blood into the bilateral Basal Nuclei. After the ICH rabbit model was successfully established, the acupuncture group was treated on scalp acupoint of hemorrhage side, equivalent to Baihui(GV20)through Taiyang(EX-HN5)in human body. Quantita tive analysis of 1 H-MRS was used to detect NAA,Cho and creatine(Cr)in the intracerebral peri-hematoma tissues and opposite normal tissues before,instantly and 2 h, 3 d and 7 d after ICH model was successful established. Results: The normal group:perihematoma tissues NAA/Cr ratio was 2. 145±0. 034, Cho/Cr ratio was 1. 453 ± 0. 153. Compared with the normal group, NAA/ Cr ratios at the time points of 2 h,3 d and 7 d after ICH in the model group were decreased markedly(P〈0.05) ,while Cho/Cr ratios at the same 3 time-points after ICH in the model group were increased markedly(P〈0.05). In comparison with the odel group,NAA/Cr ratios on 3 d after ICH in the acupuncture group was obviously higher(P〈0.05),while Cho/Cr ratios on 3 d and 7 d were significantly down regulated in the acupuncture group(P〈0.05). No significant changes were found in NAA/Cr ratios at 2 h and Cho/Cr ratio at 2 h and 7 d after ICH between the acupuncture group and the model group. Peri-hematoma and opposite neuron function state rapidly recovered. Conclusion: MRS has important value in the assessment of acupuncture intervention effect. Acupuncture has obvious regulation on central nervous system neurons function after acute cerebral hemorrhage. So as to speed up the brain nerve damage repair process.
