胆总管中下段管状腺瘤1例

摘要 女,46岁.以＂发热伴小便色深7 d＂为主诉入院,患者7 d前出现发热,寒战,伴有恶心呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物.查体：皮肤无明显黄染,巩膜轻度黄染,未见腹壁静脉曲张及胃肠蠕动波,腹软,右上腹轻度压痛,余腹部无压痛,全腹无反跳痛,无腹肌紧张,肝脾肋下未及,肝区、脾区及双肾区无叩痛,移动性浊音未叩及,肠鸣音正常.实验室检查： CA19-9未升高,碱性磷酸酶升高,转氨酶及转肽酶升高.
