摘要
以 WES- 2 80 5标准中的断裂失效判据及一次二阶矩理论为基础 ,建立了焊接结构的可靠性分项系数评定方法 ,给出了分项系数的计算公式 ,并以表格形式给出常见情况不同可靠性指标和变异系数下的分项系数 ,算例表明该方法既考虑到影响结构断裂诸因素的统计变异性 ,又考虑了其分布函数的类型 ,方法简便实用 ,对于焊接工程结构的可靠性安全评定 。
Based on the WES 2805 break failure criterion and first order second moment theory, the new partial factor method for assessing the reliability of welded structure with flaws was set up. The calculation formula and steps of solving the partial factor were given. The partial factors of different reliability index and coefficient variance are shown in the table. The computation results demonstrate that the method is simple, efficient and accurate, and not only includes in the statistic variance of fracture parameters, but also the different probabilistic distribution function types. It is an applicable reliability safety assessment method for welded engineering structures.
