Leak-before break safety analysis of steam generator with penetration cracks

对蒸汽发生器穿透裂纹产生及扩展原因作了分析 ,用三维有限元软件进行了断裂分析 ,并考虑了残余应力的影响 。

Analysis for the cause of bringing the penetration axial cracks in the steam generator is made. The stresses and stress intensity factor are analyzed numerically by three dimensional finite element method. The influence of residual stress is reached. The safety evaluation for the steam generator in leak before break condition is presented.
