摘要
目的 探讨泪小管炎的诊断及治疗方法.方法 将临床诊断泪小管炎的15例（15只眼）病例根据不同的临床表现选择不同的治疗方法：泪小管挤压冲洗、泪小管切开、泪道激光置管三类方法,观察不同方法的适应证及疗效.结果 15例（15只眼）泪小管炎患者均获得治愈.随访6～12个月,1例4个月后复发,同法治疗后未见复发.结论 对临床表现不同的泪小管炎应采取不同的治疗方法,以最小的创伤获取最佳的疗效.
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment for the dacryocanaliculitis. Methods 15 dacryo- canallculitis cases （ 15 eyes ） were received one of three treatments according to their clinical manifestations： pressing and douching the canaliculus; curing the canaliculus; and intuation and laser therapy. Curative rates and indications of each treatment were reviewed. Results All 15 cases （ 15 eyes） were cured. Patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. In 1 patient dacryocanaliculitis recurred at 4 months, but did not recur after the same treatment. Conclusion Dacryecanaliculitis should be treated differently according to clinical manifestations and potential adverse effects to obtain the best results.
