摘要
吲哚美辛是目前抗炎作用最强的非甾体类药物之一。除此之外,吲哚美辛具有镇痛解热、抑制白细胞趋化因子、拮抗致炎因子、减轻免疫反应的作用。吲哚美辛在眼科疾病中得到了广泛的应用,比如在眼部炎症、白内障、青光眼等方面均有很好的疗效。近年来,吲哚美辛新剂型在眼科的发展,更加拓展了吲哚美辛的应用领域。
Abstract Indomethacin is one of strongest anfi-inflammatory drugs in non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs class. Indomethacin could relieve pain and fever, inhibit leukocyte chemotacfic factors and other inflammatory factors, and reduce immune reaction. Indomethacin is widely used to treat ocular inflammation, cataract, glaucoma and many ocular diseases. New forms of indomethacin preparation has been developed recently and promoted its application in ophthalmology.
