摘要
为优化工布乌头中生物碱的测定方法,采用HPLC法测定工布乌头中新乌头碱、塔拉萨敏和乌头碱的含量。结果表明:采用10%氨水1mL、乙醚20mL,浸泡24h后超声处理30min可有效地对工布乌头中生物碱进行定量分析。
In order to optimize the extracting method of alkaloids in Aconitum kongboense L .,the content of mesaconitine ,talatisamine and aconitine were determined by HPLC .The results showed that 10% ammonia 1 mL ,ether 20 mL ,soak for 24 h ,30 min after ultrasonic treatment could be used to the quantitative analysis of the alkaloids of A conitum kongboense L ..
