接发列车安全控制及记录系统的应用分析

Analysis on Application of Station Train Reception and Departure Procedures Safety Control and Recording System

通过分析接发列车安全控制及记录系统(STC)的优点,认为STC集合了接发列车作业方面的安全控制及辅助功能,既减轻了相关作业人员的劳动强度,又保障了车站接发列车作业的安全性。结合STC在咸阳站的使用情况,提出STC在以下方面有待完善:STC应与TDCS同步下达或更新班计划;STC的命令应与微机联锁保持一致;提高硬件设施的可靠性和安全性;明确天窗范围;完善车次识别功能等。

Through analyzing the advantages of station train reception and departure procedures safety control and recording system （STC）, STC was thought be integrated the safety control and auxiliary functions of train reception and departure operation, which not only releases labor intensity of relative operation personnel, but also ensures the safety of train reception and departure in station. Combining with use status of STC in Xianyang Station, this paper puts forward that STC should be improved on the following aspects： STC should give or upgrade working shift plan synchronously with TDCS; the order of STC should be consistent with computer interlock; the reliability and safety of the hardware equipments should be increased; the scope of maintenance window should be further accurate; and the identification of train number should be improved.
