摘要
在低气压条件下,笔者对间隙型浪涌保护器(surge protectivegap,SPG)的直流和脉冲电压击穿特性、电压保护水平、响应时间进行了实验研究。电极材料为钨铜,直径10mm,间隙距离3mm,气压范围1-2000Pa。结果显示,保护间隙的直流击穿电压和脉冲击穿电压在实验气压范围内均出现了极小值;保护间隙的压比(Up/Uc)在2.10~2.94之间;SPG的响应时间随气压升高而增大。
A surge protective gap (SPG) is experimentally studied under low gas pressure ranging from 1 Pa to 2 000 Pa in terms of the characteristics of DC and impulse voltage breakdown, the voltage protection level, and the response time. The SPG is made of W-Cu materials with circular plate electrodes of 10 mm in diameter and 3 mm in gap. Experimental results indicate that a minimum appears in the DC breakdown voltage and the impulse breakdown voltage, the voltage ratio of Ue to Uc on the gap is from 2.10 to 2.94 under deferent gas pressure, and the response time increases gradually with gas pressure increasing.
