摘要 为了提高配电网的供电可靠性和经济性,从优化其网络结构和连通性的角度,构建了基于最短路径多场景、多目标的抗毁性优化模型。针对正常运行和各种单一故障后场景,分别以抗毁性强和不切负荷或切负荷最小为目标,通过支路交换法寻优,找到各场景下已建成配电网抗毁性最高的网络拓扑结构,为中压配电网网络结构的优化提出了新的研究思路。基于IEEE 33节点配电网测试系统近似网络算例的优化结果表明了研究方法的合理性和实用性。 To improve the power distribution reliability and economy of distribution network,the multi-scenario and multi-objective survivability optimization model based on the shortest possible path is created from the perspective of optimizing its network structure and connectivity.For the scenarios of normal operation and all single post-failure scenarios,with minimum transmission loss and none or least load-shedding respectively as the objective,the topology with the best survivability of distribution network that has ever been built is found using the branch-exchange algorithm for optimization.A new research approach is put forward for the topological optimization of the medium voltage distribution network.The optimal results based on the approximate IEEE 33-bus distribution network test system indicate the rationality and practicality of the proposed method.
