摘要
针对主网220kV变电站既装设稳定控制切负荷执行站又安装220kV进线备自投装置,造成变电站二次接线复杂、维护工作量增大的情况,结合两种装置的特点,提出了集稳定控制切负荷执行站功能与备自投功能于一体的新型安全自动装置。研究了新型安全自动装置的配置方案和系统标准化、模块化实现的构架,详细分析了装置中切负荷执行站的各种功能与备自投功能间的协调配合问题。按本方案设计的新型安全自动装置已在广东电网某220kV变电站进行了试点应用,试运行情况良好。
At a 220kV substation in the main grid,both the load shedding implementation station and the 220kV automatic switchover devices are installed,which results in complex secondary circuits in the substation while increasing the maintenance workload.To remedy such a situation,a novel automatic safety control device integrating the function of load shedding implementation station and automatic switchover devices is developed with the characteristics of the two kinds of devices taken into account.The configuration scheme of the novel device and the standardized and modularized framework of the system are studied,and the coordination between the functions of the two kinds of devices is analyzed at length.The designed novel automatic safety control device is successfully applied at a 220kV substation in Guangdong power grid.
