摘要
针对某中厚板厂粗轧机十字轴式万向联轴器的叉头断裂事故,通过采集接轴的应变数据,生成应变历史曲线,对现场测试的数据进行分析,得到实测的载荷时间历程。采用ANSYS与ANSYS/FE-SAFE软件对万向联轴器进行了静力学强度分析与疲劳寿命分析,找到叉头与十字轴的应力集中区和最大应力值,确定了叉头的最危险部位,估算出万向联轴器叉头的疲劳寿命与其疲劳安全系数。据此,判断出叉头断裂的原因,为叉头的结构设计及工作条件分析提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the fracture accident of universal coupling's fork in roughing mill of a heavy plate plant, a batch of monitoring data was collected, producing strain history curve. The data about torque tested in connecting shaft of the main driving system are analyzed. Combining with load time history measured, ANSYS and ANSYS/FE-SAFE were used to analyze static strength and fatigue life to universal coupling.The result is that the maximum stress value and the most dangerous parts of the fork and the crossed shaft are found out. Thereafter, the fatigue life and fatigue safety coefficient of the fork are estimated and the cause to the fork fracture is determined, which could provide theoretical basis for optimizing the structure and prolong the fatigue life of the fork.
