摘要
将废混凝土、废砖再生粗砂和特细砂混合后得到建筑垃圾再生混合砂,研究了水胶比、建筑垃圾再生粗砂取代率和粉煤灰取代率对砂浆性能的影响,通过正交层次分析、方差分析和综合评分法,得出再生砂浆的最佳配合比。结果表明,水胶比和粉煤灰取代率是影响再生砂浆性能的主要因素,粉煤灰取代率增大对再生砂浆强度具有较大的劣化作用,建筑垃圾再生粗砂取代率对砂浆稠度的影响较大,对抗压强度和抗折强度的影响最小。
Recycled construction waste mixed sand was obtained by mixing recycled concrete coarse sand, recycled brick coarse sand and ultra fine sand. The effect of the recycled aggregate replacement ratio, the water-binder ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio on the performances of recycled mortar is researched. By analytic hierarchy process, variance analysis and the method of synthetically judgment, the optimal proportion was obtained. The results show that the water- binder ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio are the key factors for the performances of recycled mortar. The increasing of fly ash replacement ratio has negative effect on recycled mortar strength. The recycled aggregate replacement ratio has a significant impact on consistency and minimal impact on compressive strength and bending strength.
