摘要
为进一步研究纺织结构增强柔性复合材料的力学行为特性,更好地设计和使用材料,对双层机织物增强柔性复合材料在不同载荷水平下反复加载时的力学行为特性进行试验研究。对其在不同载荷水平下的残余变形量、最大伸长量以及相对残余变形指数与加载次数之间的变化关系,双线性区的弹性模量以及屈服强度与加载次数的变化趋势进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:机织物增强柔性复合材料具有明显的非弹性、显著的非线性,在低应力水平下表现出明显的双线性;同时,在反复加载试验条件下,材料的非弹性程度、非线性水平、双线性区模量、屈服强度等性能参数不仅取决于施加的载荷水平,同时还与加载次数密切相关。
To further investigate the mechanical behavior of textile reinforced flexible composites and better design and use the textile reinforced flexible composites, experiments were conducted of double- layer woven fabric reinforced flexible composites under repeated loading. The variation of maximum elongation and residual deformation with loading cycles were discussed based on curves of load vs. elongation. The change tendency of bilinear zone elastic modulus and yield strength with loading cycles were also analyzed. The experimental results show that the woven fabric reinforced flexible composites exhibit obvious inelasticity, significant nonlinearity, and express bilinearity under low stress level. Furthermore, the degree of inelasticity and nonlinearity, bilinear zone elastic modulus, and yield strength, etc. are governed by the load level, as well as loading cycles.
