摘要
合理应对教学冲突,既要遵循过程伦理又要达成目的合理,应理解为"化教学冲突为教学和谐",而不是简单地把教学冲突"解决掉"。要做到这一点,首先不能执着于具体策略的获取,而必须从根本上通盘考虑沿着怎样的方向去应对教学冲突才能确保教学之"为人性"。基于这一理念的教学冲突的应对路径为:重建教学权威,承认教学冲突;涵养教学勇气,接纳教学冲突;修炼教学智慧,转化教学冲突。
The rational settlement of teaching disputes aims at the teaching harmony rather than come to a simple conclusion. The process should be ethically rational. To achieve that, one should not pay too much attention to concrete strategies but find a way to settle the disputes while ensuring the teaching for the people. This thesis holds that the re-establishment of teaching authority, admittance of teaching disputes, cultivation of teaching courage, fostering of teaching wisdom are ways to settle teaching disputes.
