摘要
网络组织是动态的、多节点参与的柔性组织,核心节点如何选择节点、如何构建出效能最大的网络组织成为了研究热点。本文应用熵理论,将网络组织系统总熵分为信息熵、结构熵和能力熵,构建了网络组织熵模型。并以3种典型网络组织结构为例分析网络组织的熵和有序性。研究表明,基于熵变视角,网络组织经历着从平面单核到环状单核再到立体单核的演化过程,不断引入负熵,最终形成耗散结构。基于节点选择视角,核心节点在选择节点构建组织时,保证内部节点分布均匀,非核心节点分布分散,增加节点间联结长度和幅度,扩大网络内节点间总微观态数,如此构建的网络组织更为有序。
Network organization is a flexible organization, which is dynamic and has multiple nodes. How to choose the core node and how to build the most efficient network organization becomes a bot issue.This essay uses entropy theory, divides network entropy into information entropy, structure entropy and ability entropy, and constructs the network organization entropy model. Taking three typical networks as an example to analysis the order of network organization, the study shows that, network organization experience the evolution process through the planar single nucleus to the circular single nucleus and then to the three- dimensional nucleus. In this process, the network centinuoualy introduces negative entropy, and eventually forming dissipative structure. The core node selects nodes, making sure that the internal nodes arc uniformly distributed, increasing the connection both the length and the amplitude of the nodes in network, ex- panding the total number of node microstates. Only in this way can we build the network organization to a higher order.
