我国医疗卫生服务利用状况的比较分析——基于第三期妇女社会地位调查数据

Comparative analysis of medical and health services utilization condition in China ——Based on data of the 3^(rd) Women's social status survey

目的分析我国医疗卫生服务利用状况。方法以"身体有病是否及时就医"为切入点,依托全国妇女社会地位调查数据,通过纵向和横向比较,反映10年来我国医疗卫生服务利用的变化。结果 10年间我国居民医疗卫生服务的利用率基本保持不变,未利用的比率不足17%。因付不起医疗费未利用医疗卫生服务比例的显著下降,经济因素、自我健康认知水平是前二位影响因素,各占40%左右。不同性别、年龄、地域、户籍的医疗卫生服务利用状况相差不大,利用率均>80%。结论10年间,我国医疗卫生服务总体利用状况变化不大,但医疗卫生服务未利用的原因出现了一定的变化。

Objective To analyze the medical and health services utilization condition in China. Methods Starting with ＂whether to seek immediate medical service if getting sick＂, based on data of national women＇s social status survey , vertical and horizontal comparison were used to demonstrate the changes of medical and health services utilization condition in the last 10 years in China. Results The ratio of resident medical and health services utilization remained stable in the last 10 years, with less than 17~//00 population who did not utilize the services. The ratio of residents who failed to utilize medical and health services due to lack of capability for paying expenses decreased significantly. Economic factors, self--health awareness level were top 2 influencing factors,each accounting for 40%. Population with different gender, age or resident region showed no significant difference in ratio of medical and health services utilization, all 〉80%. Conclusion In the last 10 years, the overall utilization condition of medical and health services remained stable in China, however, the reasons for failure of utilization changed.
