摘要
以季戊四醇为核,并与硝酸铈铵组成氧化还原引发体系,过硫酸钾为助引发剂,引发丙烯酰胺(AM)与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)自由基共聚合,合成星形阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂Star-P(AM/AMPS).采用FTIR和1H NMR对产物结构进行表征,并计算平均臂数.同时考察反应时间、单体浓度、引发剂用量、反应温度对聚合反应的影响.溶液性能评价结果表明,Star-P(AM/AMPS)的耐温性能及絮凝性能均优于线形PAM.
The star-shaped anionic polyacrylamide star-P( AM/AMPS), is synthesized by free radical copolymeriza- tion of acrylamide (AM) and 2-aerylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) in aqueous solution, which is initiated by eerie ammonium nitrate (CAN) and potassium persulfate (KPS), and using pentaerythritol(PER) as a core molecule. The produced copolymer is characterized and determined by FTIR and 1H NMR, and the average arm number is calculated. The effects of reaction conditions on copolymerization are investigated. The solution per- formance test shows that the copolymer has more excellent heat-resistance and better flocculation performance than line-PAM.
