Review of China's Distance Education Quality Research in the Past Five Years

远程教育的质量决定着其生存和发展。近五年的远程教育质量观大致有多样论、发展论、服务论等5种观点。质量保障既有内部因素也有外部因素。内部方面有质量意识、入学门槛、淘汰机制和支助服务四个方面,外部方面有招生市场、监控机制、教育层次和自主办学四个方面。

The quality of distance education determines its survival and development. There are approximately five points of view as to the quality of distance education in the last five years, namely in terms of variety, development, service, law and system. Exterior and interior aspects are involved in guaranteeing the quality. The latter ones include four ways such as quality consciousness, enrollment requirements, selection mechanism and support service. The former ones consist of enrollment market, controlling mechanism, educational level and autonomous running.
