摘要
本文基于微观调查数据,利用有序Probit模型对影响我国西部地区高校教师薪酬满意度的因素进行了系统分析。研究发现:西部地区高校教师薪酬满意度整体水平不高;文化程度、职称、平均月收入、薪酬与消费水平匹配感、薪酬外部公平感、岗位津贴满意感、教学及科研津贴满意感、绩效薪酬考核满意感、薪酬激励作用满意感等因素对西部地区高校教师薪酬满意度的影响显著。针对影响显著的因素,本文提出提高西部地区高校教师薪酬满意度的对策建议。
According to the data of investigation, this article systematically analyses the factors which influence the university teachers' compensation satisfaction by using the ordered probit model. The author finds that: the university teachers' overall pay satisfaction is not high in the west region; teachers' level of education, professional title, average monthly salary, correlation of compensation and consumption, fairness of comparison with external pay, satisfaction of post allowance, satisfaction of teaching and research grants, satisfaction of performance pay assessment, satisfaction of salary incentive effect, etc. influence the teachers' compensation satisfaction significantly. Based on significant influencing factors, this article proposes countermeasures for improving the university teachers' salary satisfaction in western region.
