矩阵型组织在高校重大科研项目中的构建与运营

Construction and Management of Matrix Organization in Major Research Projects of Colleges

利用项代项目组织管理理论,首先分析了当前高校在承担重大科研项目中存在的问题,认为高校在组织重大科研项目中缺乏有效的组织形式来凝聚所拥有的各种优势;为此,构建了以重大科研项目为中心,集高校、科研院所、企业和政府为一体的矩阵型组织,通过实施组织模式,有利于充分发挥高校的优势,提高高校在重大科研项目中的申请命中率,提高重大科研项目实施的效率。最后,对矩阵型组织在重大科研项目全过程的运营进行了阐述。

Using the modem theory of management organization of projects, we firstly analyze problems existing in major research projects taken by colleges now, finding that efficient form of organization is absent in major research projects organized by colleges to concentrate various advantages that they have. To this end, this passage has constructed a matrix organization which has gathered colleges, academy of sciences, enterprises, and government, centering major research projects. By implementing the form of organization, it helps to give full play of the advantages of colleges, improve the hit rate of request for major research project of colleges, and increase the efficiency of the implement of major research projects. Finally, the whole process of management of major research projects with matrix organization is presented.
