摘要 为了解城市规划对城市水环境的影响,以自贡釜溪河流域城市规划为例,应用SWMM(暴雨管理模型)分析了城市规划模式与城市水环境的响应关系。结果表明,当规划不透水性下垫面比重由74%调整为30%时,暴雨径流峰值流量可平均降低58%,TSS峰值浓度可平均降低55%;屋顶绿化、广场渗透、屋顶绿化+广场渗透组合三种措施对降雨径流峰值的消减率可在规划后用地布局的基础上再分别降低33%、29%、64%,对TSS峰值浓度的消减率则再分别降低26%、15%、38%。研究结果为城市环境管理提供参考。 In order to understand the influence of urban planning on urban water environment, SWMM (storm water management model) was used to analyze the relationship between urban planning mode and urban water environment in the Fuxi River wa- tershed of Zigong. The results showed that the peak flow rate and peak concentration of TSS of urban runoff decreased by 58% and 55% respectively when the proportion of the planning impervious underlying surface decreased from 74% to 30%. Green roof,penetration square,and green roof + penetration square were beneficial to urban runoff control on the basis of planning land use layout with further reduction of peak rainfall runoff of 33G ,29% ,and 64% ,respectively and further reduction of TSS concentration of 26 %,15 %, and 38%, respectively. The study results provided reference to the management of urban environ- ment.
