摘要
介绍在三峡电厂、葛洲坝电厂先进设备状态监测技术及多年设备检修经验的基础上,成功发展了结合状态检修、定期检修和事后检修等多种检修模式的精益检修策略,并就精益检修策略的实施条件、方法及实施成果作了详细的阐述。
Based on equipment condition monitoring technology and years maintenance experiences for Three Gorges Hy- dropower Plant and Gezhouba Hydropower Plant, a lean maintenance strategy, integrating different maintenance modes such as condition maintenance, reqular maintenance and accident maintenance was successfully developed. Its imple- menting condition, method and effect were illustrated in detail.
